5:30 Zazen (sitting meditation)
7:00 Lauds (morning prayers and chants)
7:15 Breakfast
7:45 Samu (mindful work practice)
8:00 Free Time
9:00 Zazen
9:30 Teisho (Dharma talk)
10:00 Dokusan (private interview with teacher)
12:00 Lunch
12:30 Siesta
1:45 PM Limbering Exercises
2:00 Zazen
2:30 Chado (The Zen Way of Tea)
3:00 Zazen
3:30 Merienda
4:00 Zazen
4:15 Dokusan (ends at 4:45)
5:00 Vespers (evening prayers and chants)
5:15 Outdoor Kinhin (walking meditation)
Group Exercises (yoga, shibashi or qi gong)
6:00 Dinner
7:30 Zazen
8:45 Night Prayers
9:00 Retire
9:30 Lights Out
