        Hi,

The Holy Week sesshin on March 23-28, 2017 is an annual Zen retreat held in Baguio. This retreat is offered for long-time practitioners to deepen their ongoing practice. Even if you’ve sat zazen, meditated with other groups or are a beginner, it’s worthwhile coming to an introductory session or a Zen Retreat for Beginners, as all Zen traditions have slightly different ways of doing things. If you are new to Zen a less intensive retreat format may be more suitable for you.

Useful information on the coming retreat. pls visit our website: BAGUIO ZEN CENTER>ZEN RETREATS>ATTENDING A ZEN RETREAT

        salamat po,

        Dr. Rudi Tabora

      Hi Rosanna,
Thank you for contacting us and inquiring about our 2018 retreat schedule. What date are you inquiring about? Have you joined any seminar or orientation on Zen practice with any of our affiliate Zen communities? Do you have an ongoing meditation practice? Is this your first time to join a Zen retreat?

You can send us an email to: baguiozencenter@gmail.com

      salamat,
      Dr. Rudi Tabora
